A wonderful traditional family run restaurant, full of character and style, warmth of welcome from Franco 2nd, with Franco 1st on the pizza oven and the boss wife cracking the whip in the kitchen. Simple ingredients make the best food, excellent pastas, antipasti, and secondi make this a must visit for Sauze visitors looking for a genuine local welcome.
